I then took on the post of deputy head in the following school and finally in a small school as lead teacher.

Example(s) of outreach work undertaken and impact
I have been supporting colleagues within school to school outreach, with identifying areas of need and planning together to find rapid solutions. This includes planning support, QFT and monitoring the impact within the classroom. The focus has particularly been on managing the whole key stage with current changes in AREs and learning expectations.
The NPQML (National Professional Qualification in Middle Leadership) facilitator training has developed my understanding of adult training. It has meant that the research into leadership and management has come to the fore and how this can be implemented within the personal projects, of the participants, based upon the school’s SDP priorities.
This has impact upon the support within schools to coach subject leaders on the expectations of their role. I have modelled book scrutinies and how to analyse and collect data and what the subject leader needs to do to prioritise the next steps for their school.
